DTC’s Glyn Humphreys was in action this morning in the Age Group World Championships in Cozumel, Mexico. In the Sprint event, he recorded a PR of 1hr 10min, a super achievement with the temperature in the 30s and the humidity at 95%. The ice bath was welcomed on this occasion!
