SPRINT DISTANCE, POOL SWIM.
The inaugural Pocklington Triathlon. Sprint event, 400yds swim (pool), 14 mile cycle, 3.5 mile run. Cycle & run flat. Open to persons over 16 years of age, Sponsored by Camp Hippo. Held at Pocklington School, Goody bag to all entrants including T-Shirt. Prizes for age groups: Over 15 entrants per age group category – prizes for first, second & third. Between 8 & 14 entrants per age group category – prizes for first & second.7 or fewer entrants per age group category – prize for first place.
