I consent to and understand that, although DTC coaches will ask specifically for permission to video me/my child for training purposes, footage may unintentionally be captured whilst videoing other athletes.

The activities involved in triathlon sessions are of a strenuous physical nature. If I have any medical condition that might be affected I understand that I should consult with a relevant medical professional before undertaking strenuous physical exercise. I undertake to keep the coach appraised of any relevant medical conditions, constraints or developments.
